LED lamps gradually dominate today's electric lamp market because of their high brightness, low energy consumption and long service life. Generally speaking, it is difficult for LED lamps to have problems. Among the problems of LED lamps, there are no more than three kinds of problems: the lamp does not light up, the lamp darkens and flickers after turning off the lamp. Today, let's analyze and solve various problems one by one.
Structure of LED lamp
There are two forms of LED lamps, one is ceiling lamp and the other is bulb. No matter what form of lamp, the internal structure is the same, which is divided into lamp beads and drivers.
Lamp beads(Light source)
Open the shell of the ceiling lamp or the white plastic part of the bulb, you can see that there is a circuit board filled with yellow rectangles inside. The yellow on this circuit board is the lamp bead. Lamp beads are the luminous body of LED lamps, and their quantity determines the brightness of LED lamps.
Driver(Power supply)
The driver of the LED bulb is installed at the bottom and cannot be seen from the outside. The driver of the ceiling lamp is a black box. When installing the lamp, you need to install the driver first.
The driver has the functions of constant current, step-down, rectification and filtering.
Solution of LED light not on
When the light is not on, first ensure that the circuit is OK. If it is a new electric lamp, it shall be measured with an electric pen, or an incandescent lamp shall be installed to see whether there is voltage in the circuit. After confirming that the circuit is OK, you can start the following maintenance.
Drive problem
If the light doesn't work, nine times out of ten it's the driver's problem. The LED has high requirements for current and voltage, and the current and voltage cannot be lit normally if they are too large or too small. Therefore, the constant current driver, rectifier, step-down device and other devices in the driver need to be maintained.
If the lamp bead doesn't light up after turning on the light, the driver should be considered first. A new drive can be purchased for replacement.
Solution to dimming of LED lamp brightness
This problem should be solved together with the previous one. This may be the case if the brightness of the electric light becomes dim or does not light up.
Lamp bead problem
The light beads of LED lamps are divided into strings. The light beads on each string are connected in series. Between strings, they are connected in parallel.
Therefore, if a lamp bead on the string is burned, it will cause the string of lamp beads to not light up. If a lamp bead is burned in each string, the whole lamp will not light up. If one lamp bead is burned out in each string, consider the problem of capacitance or resistance on the driver.
The burned lamp beads and normal lamp beads can be seen from the appearance. The burned lamp beads have a black dot in the middle, and this dot cannot be erased.

If the number of burned lamp beads is small, the two welding feet behind the burned lamp beads can be welded together with an electric soldering iron. If the number of burned lamp beads is too large, it is recommended to buy a lamp bead plate and replace it, so as not to affect the lighting brightness.
Solution of LED flashing after turning off
If the electric light flashes after turning off, first confirm the circuit problem. The most likely problem is the zero line of switch control. At this time, it should be corrected in time to avoid danger. The correct way is to switch the live line and connect the zero line to the electric lamp.
If there is no problem with the circuit, it is possible that the LED lamp has generated self induced current. The easiest way is to buy a 220V relay and connect the coil in series with the electric lamp.
